No I don't think it should be repealed. I think every woman has the right to do what she think is best for her life. Whether the morals of others are against that or not should not influence personal choice.
Well, Heidi, I think the main issue is when a fetus is considered a child. Do you think a human being is created the moment an egg and sperm are united? And if that is what you believe, then do you believe all methods of birth control are immoral? I think that tighter restrictions should be made, that Roe vs Wade was far too vague, but I believe that there are circumstances in which a woman has a right to an abortion.
Although the case was pretty vague like renea said, I don't think it should be repealed. A woman has the right to abortion. For the most part, I think abortion is used pretty responsibly. I doubt there are many women who go out and get pregnant all the time and just stop at the abortion clinic on the way home from work. I'm sure their conscious would get the best of them and all those abortions would be expensive.
So I have no problem with abortion. Stuff happens, good thing we have options to help ourselves out of tough situations.
I dont think that abortion is right. Who are we as humans to decide weather a child should live or not. What would be so wrong with giving it to adoption.
As far as this subject goes I do not have a whole lot to say. I have never been a pregnant teenage girl who has made a few wrong choices and has to face the world. I have never had to make the choice between abortion and adoption, life and death. Who am I to judge what others have chosen to do. As for this court case, it will always be a topic of controversy. FOREVER.
I believe that killing a baby is wrong. Would you kill an alive baby? NO. . .or at least i hope not. So why would you want to keep an unborn child from having the chance to live? There are a few exceptions, but i think that if you make the mistake you should have to live with it. I am with Ren! ! adoption. not abortion.
No, I do not believe it should be repealed. A woman should have the right to choice in the matter espessially when her life could be in danger. Would you have someone die in the process of giving birth when her death could be avoided? As for adoption we have to many orphans and other children up for adoption already, we cannot place all of them with responsible parents but you would have us bring thousands more into the system? Abortion is a choice that the individual should make not others whose morals get in the way and who have never had to face a tough situation like that.
Well I'm totally against abortion so I think it shouldn't be repealed. Killing a human isn't right. It is there fault that it happend not that babys. Have the baby then give it up to a family who cares....
I'm with Hal... cause if you are having sex then you should be responsible enough to have a baby, because mistakes do happen, and killing doesn't resolve anything, well i guess some people think that it does. but i am with jake, ren and all of the other people that say. adoption. not abortion.
While many believe that everybody has a right to do whatever they please, just because you can do something doesn't mean that you should do something. Like others have said, peoples' consciences should get the better of them, and i believe that people should not use abortion as an escape, instead we should be adopting.
I think in certain times a woman should have a choice whether or not to keep a child.. as in rape.. but other then that i think if she is wiling to have sex she should deal with that is coming before her, now whether or not she wants to keep a baby for herself is her choice, like jake said adoption.
yes and no. i hate the thought of killing a life, which is abortion. and miller made a good point with the fact that adoption agencies are full of kids that cant find good families to become a part of.
Women have the right to choose what they do with there life but we as human do not have the right to kill someone. As a nation we kill people have killed someone else why do we as a nation allow women to kill there children before they are given a chance at life. Women who kill there child is before they get to live. Its like a felon to get away with killing a young child or a adult. If we allow it to happen with children then why punish felons for killing someone

Yes it should be! No one should be aloud to get an abortion. It is wrong and I consider it murder. If a girl doesn't want to have a baby then they shouldn't be doing things to get pregnant in the first place. and in the case of rape and incest you shouldn't take it out on the baby. If you don't want the child put it up for adoption so that some other nice couple who cant have kids can adopt the child.

If the woman's life is in danger or if she gets pregnant because of a rape then maybe it should be legal.
