I dont know why we attacked Iraq so i cant really say if it was a good move or not but im sure we had some reason too. Maybe? I dont actually know the situation. But whatever happen to getting Osama Bin Laden? Isnt he the reason for going over seas in the first place. I think we should have taken care of that first.
definitely not. when 9/11 happened were we not blaming Osama bin Laden? and were we not told that he was hiding in Afghanistan? so if we're fighting this so called "war on terror" why the heck are we in Iraq and not Afghanistan? this has never really made sense to me; also we've been there so long i dont think we even know the motive for being in iraq ne more, save bush jr is trying to finish the job bush sr. couldnt finish a few years ago...i think we need to get out of there asap, too many lives have been wasted already!!
Because of some circumstances we had a right to go to Iraq. But now I dont know why we are there. I understand that we need to be there to try and help the government they have set up there, but it is about time to think about getting the job done and going home.
I think that because Saddam ordered a hit on Old Bush, Young Bush wanted revenge(and oil), so we attacked Iraq. I think it is a family feud that uses armies to settle it. The Bushes wanted Saddam gone, and they got it.
Bin Laden is who we are looking for, and he isn't in Iraq.
At first I thought that the war in Iraq was going to solve things for the U.S. But we have been over there for so long that I think it is pointless now and families are losing loved ones for no reason and thats not fair. I thought we had went over there to take our revenge for osama and them for their terrosits attaks on us, but then there was also something about oil to. I guess the only bad thing is that if we do pull out now where will that get us? And will they just attack uus again. I think were in too deep now honestly.
no. i really don't know why were there anymore either. i agree with alison... does that make since about the problem being in afghanistan but we attack iraq? and i think too many lives our being sacrificed because of some dumb choice bush made. lets send him over there to fight and see how he likes it!
I don't know what was the reason but most of the time there would be another solution! I don't think it was necessary to go to Iraq. But what they at least could do now, is sending the troops finally home and end the war.
I don't understand enough about the war in Iraq to say. but maybe if so many people don't understand the reason we are over there perhaps we shouldn't be. Why should we fight a war that we know nothing about?
I think in the beginning it was the right thing to go to Iraq. They had specific reasons to go and I thought it was the right thing. But now I think it has become pointless and it's time to leave.
No, we probably shouldn't have, and it's still worthless honestly to be over there. I know a couple of guys over there and I think it's definitely time for them and the other men and women to come back home.

I think that we got are selves in a whole lot of trouble. Over there is a religious war. You can not stop a religious war. The radical muslims will not stop till they get their power back.
I think that we maybe shouldnt have gone there to begin with, but now that we have invaded the country, and the surrounding countries for that matter, we need to stay there and help them to stabilize a wee bit before we leave them high and dry. It wouldnt be fair to tear down their entire form of government and then NOT help them rebuild... SOO.. to answer the question, no we shouldnt have gone there, but now we need to be there.
Why the US have to attack another country? I really don't understand why you should or you shouldn't... Maybe because I'm foreign is that i don't understand, he only thing that i know, and i do understand is that war is bad, no matter what, is bad... so because of that i think that the US shouldn't and because i don't see a good reason to do it.

Yes because it is not right for what they did to on 9/11 we need to bomb them diper heads. We need there oil so just bomb there butts.
