lol no way! these dumb girls just thought it would look cool to show people how "tuff" they are. all it really shows us is how retarded they are though. i mean, it was like 6 girls vs. one unsuspecting girl and that is NEVER a fair fight! if you are going to beat the tar out of someone it should at least be fair and the girl didnt even get any warning they just invited her over like it was all cool and jumped her. i would like to meet one of those girls and show them how tuff they really are when it is just one on one =) heeheehee

no! it was their dumb decision to do this. i think if they had enough smarts and morals they wouldnt of done it. how fair is it for 6 girls to jump 1? who do you think will win that. i think these girls should be punished. i don't know how... but they should definately be punished. i think they should be tried as adults.

no way! what they did was wrong. What would make the difference if it wasn't on TV. I think that it is just another way for parents to blame the media for something they never did. When are parents going to start taking the blame for their kids problems. They are the ones that should teach them right and wrong. At least I hope so.

No, i dont think Youtube and MySpace are sites encouraging girls or boys to fight. I think these girs were just being REALLY STUPID. But it was not just girls that got in trouble there were two boys outside the house and i would say they are just as guilty as the girls because they also participated in it so i would like to point that out that it just wasn't girls that are all guilty. But i think these girls and boys should be put in a juvinile detention center since most of them were not 18 yet and i think they should remain there until they are of age and then they should be put in jail.

I really do not think that youtube or myspace really encourages people to do things like what happened to this girl. Maybe these girls did it partly because they wanted to draw attention to themselves and to be seen. And youtube makes that easier but i do not think that getting attention was the big picture i think these girls had a problem with her and they took it into there own hands and beat her. Even without youtube they still would have drawn attention by showing people in there school. I do think that they should be treated like adults. What they did was plain wrong even if the victim did say anything the girls should nut up and handle it like adults.

i think that its falling more on sites like myspace and facebook than it should be, parents need to teach their children how to be responsible, and to take credit for their actions. Not enough parents are involved in the developement of their childrens character in that asspect, at least in my opinion.

I don't think that fights are the results from youtube or myspace, people will abuse anything good thats out there just like these girls did. People will try and turn the blame to something else besides these girls. I think they should be tried as adults because they had intentions to go out and hurt this girl.

myspace and youtube are not what made these girls want to beat that girl up they are just dumb and if you want to try to put the blame on anyone besides them girls being stupid, then you should be pointing your finger at their parents instead of myspace and youtube.

Yeah, I agree with the majority, it's not the sites that cause teen girls to fight. I mean, when you go to these sites, you don't see a big banner that says, "Fight! It's your only choice!" It all boils down to stupid girls who want attention and want to look tough.

I'm sure it's not the main reason they are fighting but I think it's also has an influence on them. If they know they come to the news, on tv, as on youtube, I'm sure they are not unhappy about that because today pritty much everybody wants to get in the news and if they see that fighting is a way, they try it that way.

All i have to say, is wow. these girls were just retarded. They were mad at the girl for some reason, but no one deserves that kind of beating, no matter what. I do not believe that the sights are what made these girls say ooh lets go and beat the crap out of this girl, i believe that they were, like alison said, trying to be tough. but i beleive that they should be tried as adults, if they would have killed the girl, it would have been plotted murder.

No the girls that are going to fight are going to do it no matter how or where they do it. They need to go to anger managment or need to stop thinking the sun rises and sets on their @$$. Girls were fighting before you tube and stuff like that came along.

I don;t think that Youtube or MySpace are responsible for that, is just the girls that make stupid and brutally fights, because probably they think that is "cool" to be in fight and get to be on youtube... That is just stupid, i think that those girls should have real conversations with their parents, and think about what are they doing.

NO! because if they want to act like that they can do it they well just pay the consequences when they get caught.
